WINKLER COUNTY, Texas — According to the Texas Department of Transportation, the Odessa Area Office is starting construction on Farm-to-Market 1232 from State Highway 302 to State Highway 115.
The construction project is to restore the existing road and replace the drainage structures and traffic signals.
The road closure will begin Sept. 17 and will remain until late Fall 2024. These estimated dates can change due to weather and unforeseen conditions.
Residents are advised to use alternate routes and expect delays while construction is in progress.
