MIDLAND, Texas — A Midland woman died Monday night after she was struck by a truck while walking on a roadway.
The single vehicle crash involved a pickup truck and a 66-year-old, identified by the Texas Department of Public Safety as Bonnie Lou Livingston.
Reports say the crash happened at approximately 7:49 p.m. in the 700 block of East County Road 135. A 2009 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by 64-year-old Nixo Antonio Prieto of Midland, was traveling eastbound when he struck Livingston.
Police say Livingston was pronounced dead at the scene. Prieto was uninjured in the accident.
This crash remains under investigation.
