The Angel Tree Program is coming to Andrews

The program will be offered for the first time in Andrews and will provide a Merry Christmas for even more families.

ANDREWS, Texas — The Salvation Army teamed up today with the Sewell Family of Companies to make the Angel Tree Program available in Andrews for the first time.

Now more children will be able to participate in the special holiday program that delivers gifts, necessities, and joy on Christmas morning...each year, the Salvation Army provides help to families in need through the Angel Tree Program.

Salvation Army Lieutenant Jacob Gilliam said, "Being in Andrews for the first time means our operations are going to be bigger and the need is going to be greater and we're going to be able to help more families in the community."

Angel Tree is a holiday assistance program in which an individual or group sponsors a child "Angel" and purchases new toys, clothing shoes or gift cards for children.  For more information on how to help, contact the Midland Odessa Salvation Army.
