Traffic lights at 23rd and Kermit working again
A power outage caused the traffic lights at 23rd and Kermit to not function. Now, as of 11:14 p.m. on Friday, the lights are working.
ODESSA, Texas — Traffic lights at 23rd and Kermit in Odessa are working again, according to Corporal Steve LeSueur with the Odessa Police Department.
The update was made at 11:14 p.m. on Friday.
The traffic lights were down because of a power outage.
