MIDLAND, Texas — UPDATE 4:48 PM:
The signal cabinet and pole that fell down Tuesday morning at the intersection of Big Spring and Lone Star in Midland has been replaced, according to Stewart Doreen, the strategic communications officer with the City of Midland.
The traffic accident caused the intersection to be at a four-way stop.
Now, Doreen said the signal is fully operational.
