Two final suspects wanted for claiming lottery by fraud arrested

Odessa police have arrested two other people in connection with stealing lottery tickets and claiming them.

ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Odessa police have arrested two other people in connection with stealing lottery tickets and claiming them.

David Lumpkin, 30, and Tamra Valle, 43, were arrested on Monday afternoon.

They're both charged with claiming lottery by fraud and additional charges.

Matthew Castaneda, 24, was arrested last week.

Police said the trio were working together to steal several books full of lottery tickets and claiming the prizes at various locations in Odessa.
