ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Odessa police are investigating following a late night shooting.
Odessa police said the shooting happened at the Long John Silvers in the 1900 block of E. 8th St., just before 9 p.m.
We're told an investigation revealed that a 29-year-old man was shot by another person.
Steve LeSueur with the Odessa Police Department said the person believed to be the shooting suspect is being detained.
The man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
