Water to be back on for people west of Wadley and Ward intersection amid main break

"It would be good for homeowners to run their outside spigots for 15 minutes so once they have the water full on at their houses," officials stated.

MIDLAND, Texas — The City of Midland has provided an update on the water main break at Wadley Ave. and Ward St., saying that the water should be coming back on in the next hour near the intersection Sunday evening.

The water main break is all due to an outside contractor hitting a 24-inch concrete water main on Friday, according to the city.
