ODESSA, Texas — The City of Odessa released a statement addressing the concerns regarding the smell of the water at 9:40 a.m.
The city says the Colorado River Municipal Water District delivers the city’s water supply to the water treatment plant. They said, CRMWD changed the inflow line to the plant causing odor issues in the water supply.
The City of Odessa said, they want to assure the community the water is safe, stating, "the water supply always remained safe."
