ODESSA, Texas — Beginning today, Aug. 5, Ector County residents near the Permian Basin Containers fire can pick up water well screening kits from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Permian Playhouse, 310 W. 42nd St., according to a post on State Rep. Brooks Landgraf’s Facebook page.
The post further stated that on Tuesday, Aug. 6, residents can return their samples between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. at the same location. Tests will be conducted throughout the day.
On Wednesday, Aug. 7, from 9 a.m. to noon, residents will receive their results individually. Additionally, an educational program on water wells presented by the Texas A&M University System will be available in the Permian Playhouse auditorium.
