According to the site, the two cities are on the "10 Best Places in Texas" list.
Midland came in second Odessa came in fifth.
Unemployment rates, commute times and crime rates are just a few of the factors that the site used to rank the cities.
Midland had the lowest unemployment rate in the state and also had a shorter commute time than the average time of 19 minutes.
