ALPINE, Texas — West Highway 90 from Farm-to-Market 1703 to Mosley Loop is back open Tuesday night after a house fire near the roadway caused it to close, according to an updated Facebook post by the Alpine Police Department (APD).
APD said to still use caution as fire crews clean up.
