A lockdown at one Midland ISD school has ended. According to the Midland ISD Facebook page, the lockdown at Lee Freshman High School has been lifted.

MIDLAND - A lockdown at one Midland ISD school has ended.

Midland ISD officials tell NewsWest 9, the lockdown was a precautionary measure following a tip from Midland Police that related to a fight at the end of the week last Friday. to issues that came up over the weekend outside of school.

We're told the lockdown was enacted to ensure students' security.
