MIDLAND, TX (KWES) -Midland County Sheriff’s Offices has arrested a man wanted in connection with the disappearance of two young people from Puerto Rico.
Angel Luis Lebron-Rivera, 41, was in custody in the Dominacn Republic on charge of kidnapping. He has since been transported to the Midland County Jail.
Lebron-Rivera was wanted for two counts of first degree murder and one charge of capital murder.
He was delivered to the Midland County Jail by Midland County Deputies and the United States Marshal’s Office. They also received assistance from the Aircraft Division of Texas DPS.
