MIDLAND - The Midland Fire Department welcomed a new fire truck to their fleet on Monday.
At Monday morning's County Commissioner's meeting, the keys were handed over to the Tall City.
The county fully paid for the truck and was able to do so by using the money they received in selling the old courthouse.
Midland County was also able to donate three EMS trucks to the city.
County Judge Mike Bradford says working with the city is a good thing.
"Just take notes. Some cities and some counties fight. The City of Midland and County don't. We cooperate," Bradford said.
