BIG SPRING- Speculation is still looming that the human remains found a week ago in Scurry County might belong to missing Colorado City teen Hailey Dunn, but now the family of another man who went missing in the area, came forward with their fears that the remains might be his.

William "Arlin" Bynum, who would have just turned 40-years-old, was last seen in the early morning hours walking away from downtown Big Spring's The San Franciscan Bar and Grill. He was with another person.

Since then, his family's lives have been turned upside down.

"We're at the road's end. We just don't know what to do. It's been 10 years and the police department is no closer to knowing what happened than they were 10 years ago," mother, Deanna Hartford, said.

When news broke last Saturday about the discovery of the human remains, it sent shock waves thorough Bynum's family. Not a day has gone by where they haven't prayed for answers.

"He and I were very close and I know he wouldn't do this to me on his own. I know something bad has happened to him but I just can't let it go," Hartford said.
