ECTOR COUNTY, Texas — Ector County's Education Foundation is thrilled to have Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in Ector County, TX.
According to the imagination library's website, over 2.8 million kids are registered and more than 229 million books have been gifted.
As of Monday, 1,531 children are covered by the Education Foundation and a total of 47,974 children are enrolled in Texas.
