Odessa Police arrested McDaniel on 4-13-15 at approximately 0118 hours for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a 2nd Degree Felony. Officers responded to the 300 block of Foster in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a 54-year-old male subject, who advised the actor was inside the residence.
Officers located the suspect, identified as McDaniel, who became combative with officers. Investigation revealed that after McDaniel got into an argument with the victim, she grabbed a pair of scissors and lunged at the victim, causing an open wound to the victim's chest. McDaniel was charged and arrested accordingly.
Odessa Police arrested Hernandez on 4-14-15 at approximately 0900 hours for Evading in a Motor Vehicle (Warrant), a 3rd Degree Felony. Officers responded to the 1200 block of Lindberg to locate a wanted felon. Upon arrival, officers observed a male subject matching the suspect's description.
The male subject was identified as Hernandez. Dispatch advised Hernandez had a felony evading warrant out for his arrest. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Hernandez was charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the ECLEC.
Odessa Police arrested Harbold on 4-14-15 at approximately 1806 hours for Criminal Mischief, a State Jail Felony. On 3-8-15, officers responded to 6701 Eastridge (Trestles) in reference to a criminal mischief. Upon arrival, the complainant reported someone had spray painted doors, light fixtures, damaged windows, and vandalized other items.
The total cost to repair all of the damaged items was approximately $2296. Through the course of the investigation the suspect was identified as Harbold. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, a criminal mischief warrant was obtained for Harbold, who was later charged and arrested accordingly.
Odessa Police arrested Rodriguez on 4-14-15 at approximately 2110 hours for Forgery Counterfeit – Motion to Revoke Probation (Warrant), a 3rd Degree Felony. While officers were at the Odessa Police Department on an unrelated incident, they made contact with a male subject identified as Rodriguez.
Dispatch advised Rodriguez had a felony warrant out of Bexar County for Forgery Counterfeit – Motion to Revoke Probation. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Rodriguez was charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the ECLEC.
Odessa Police arrested Walters on 4-9-15 at approximately 1201 hours for Possession of Methamphetamine (Warrant) "State Jail Felony" and for Driving While License Invalid with Prior Convictions (Warrant) "Class B Misdemeanor". While patrolling the 3600 block of Muskingum, officers observed what appeared to be a male subject sleeping on the curb.
