ODESSA - Odessa Police have released this week's "High Five" most wanted list.

25-year-old Justin Payne tops the list with six outstanding warrants.

Following behind him are Ismael Subia and Destiny Jones each with five warrants.

Police are also looking for Cesar Fierro-Quezada and Michelle Melendez.
