ODESSA, Texas — An Odessa attorney is putting his name in the hat for the Odessa mayoral race.
Cal Hendrick is a long-time Odessa native who will be running against Mayor Javier Joven.
Hendrick said he loves Odessa and wants to see the city grow and flourish.
