ANDREWS COUNTY - One of the suspects in the murder of an Andrews man has been released on bond.
Lauren Rodriguez was released two bonds of $10,000 each on charges of capital murder and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Meanwhile, Channace York remains behind bars on murder charges.
The victim, Ethan Cole, was killed in Andrews County back in July.
According to the affidavit, a witness spotted Rodriguez in the vehicle and watched York put Cole in the back.
A few days later, another witness told authorities that he was getting a ride from York when he noticed Cole's body in the backseat covered in blood.
York admitted that the both of them had dumped the body in Martin County.
