WEST ODESSA - The suspect in Sunday night's shooting in West Odessa has turned himself in to authorities.
The shooting occurred at the West Texas Racetrack located in the 14000 block of West University Sunday evening.
19-year-old Hector Sanchez turned himself in to the Ector County Sheriff's Office Monday afternoon.
Sanchez faces charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Witnesses said that some people were arguing near the race track, and later heard some gunshots coming from the parking lot of the race track.
