MIDLAND COUNTY – Three men are facing additional charges after assaulting four jailers at the Midland County Jail on Sunday.
We're told 20-year-old Pete Ballez, Jr. of Midland, 33-year-old Eric Ulysses Dawson of Bellefontaine, Ohio were charged with assault on a public servant. 28-year-old Randall Graham II of Midland was charged with two counts of assault on a public servant.
The Sheriff's Office tells NewsWest 9, the jailers told the inmates to "rack up" and get in their cells and that's when two guards were assaulted. Two other guards who responded to the fight were also assaulted.
