The verdict is in against two brothers accused of stealing more than two and a half million dollars from an Odessa business man.

They were found guilty on all counts.

Gary and Jerrod Gardenhire were convicted on six counts of mail fraud and one count of conspiracy.

That's after three and a half days of testimony in federal court.

It only took the jury about 30 minutes to return with their verdict.

Investigators believe the Gardenhire brothers may have used some of that money for an extensive overhaul of the Penwell Knights Racetrack, west of Odessa.

Two other men accused in the scheme, Fred Foster and Cody Echols, have already plead guilty.

The Gardenhire brothers could get up to 20 years behind bars for each count when they are sentenced in December.
