HOWARD COUNTY - Two people are dead following an afternoon accident on Interstate 20 in Howard County.
The accident happened on Interstate 20, near mile marker 179 on Monday afternoon.
DPS Officials tell NewsWest 9, an unknown truck dropped a 10-12 inch pipe into eastbound traffic on Interstate 20. A Chevy S-10 pickup truck, also traveling eastbound, hit the pipe and caused the truck to crash into the median and fly into westbound traffic where a semi hit the S-10 pickup head-on.
