MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - The Midland Chief of Police has been fired following an investigation into misconduct.
The city tells us attorneys with the Cotton Bledsoe Tighe & Dawson law firm concluded the investigation a month after Steve Henry was placed on administrative leave back on March 20.
The investigation concluded that Henry has violated the city's personnel policies prohibiting harassment.
Seth Herman will serve as the Interim Chief.
