MIDLAND - Some ducks in Midland will get the chance to splash around in some sparkling water.
The city is moving water from the Doug Russell Pool to the Duck Pond at Wadley Barron Park.
That's because the pond doesn't have enough water.
Wells that were drilled to supply the pond have not produced enough water.
