MIDLAND - The Midland Police Department is turning to social media.
They launched a new Facebook and Twitter page.
The use of the two social networks will allow people to stay up to date with what's happening in and around midland police and also give an inside look into the department.
The department will share press releases, traffic alerts, tips, photos and much more on these social networks.
