MARTIN COUNTY - An Odessa man is dead after a car accident on Highway 349.
The accident happened Saturday afternoon around 1:30 p.m., about 10 miles north of Midland in Martin County.
DPS Troopers tell NewsWest 9, 32-year old Daniel Paul Breyman was going southbound on Highway 349 when an unidentified vehicle traveling northbound pulled out in front of him.
Breyman swerved to miss the other vehicle and rolled his car.
The Honda Civic then slammed into a telephone pole, snapping it in half.
