HOWARD COUNTY, Texas — A Big Spring man is dead following a crash in Howard County.
According to DPS, Tristen Anderson, 26, was traveling south on Midway road just after 7 a.m. on July 19.
At the same time, a Freightliner truck tractor with a trailer was traveling north on that road.
Anderson failed to stay on one half of the roadway and collided with the front of the truck tractor.
The truck driver was taken to Scenic Mountain Medical Center, where he was treated and released.
Anderson, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash is still under investigation and no further information is available at this time.
