MIDLAND, Texas — The City of Midland is warning drivers to watch out for dark stoplights.
With power out for many areas of Texas, several lights are currently out in Midland.
All streetlights that are down should be treated as a four-way stop, especially during hazardous conditions like the winter storm warning across Texas.
