ODESSA, Texas — The City of Odessa announced Saturday that road work for the damage caused by a waterline break at 42nd Street and San Jacinto is finished.
The concrete still needs time to cure, so the roadway is not expected to be reopened until Wednesday.
In the press release, the city also thanked the community for their patience during the project.
