MIDLAND, Texas — The City of Midland announced in Facebook post, that city officials will be closing a strip of road in Midland today.
According to the Facebook post effected roads will be Industrial Road and Midland Drive, this area is "south of the railroad from Wall Street, and Front."
The reason for the closure stems from sewer overflow in the area.
The City of Midland advises to avoid the area until further notice.
