MIDLAND, Texas — UPDATE: The inside lanes have now been reopened according to the City of Midland.

Due to an oil substance being on the roadway, the inside lanes of Andrews Hwy from Kansas Ave. to Illinois Ave. will be closed down.
This closure will be expected to last close to two hours for sand application.
