MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas — There will be a lengthy traffic barrier repair starting on Thursday along I-20 just east of Midkiff Rd., according to a Texas Department of Transportation release.
According to TxDOT, this work requires a traffic shift to provide work space for the repairs.
The east and westbound inside main lanes will close from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday.
TxDOT expects the construction project to complete on Sept. 6.
Expect delays, use an alternative route if possible and watch for slow moving traffic if anyone is near the work zone.
