ODESSA, Texas — The Odessa Police Department is warning the public about a major crash on I-20 and East Loop 338.
According to police, the crash involved two vehicles, an 18-wheeler and an SUV.
One person has been transported with serious bodily injuries.
The crash is causing major issue for traffic, forcing eastbound lanes of I-20 to close for the time being.
Drivers are being diverted to JBS Parkway while crews work the scene.
Anyone in the area should seek an alternate route or anticipate delays.
Police have not said when they anticipate the scene to be cleared.
