MIDLAND, Texas — Midland Police are investigating a deadly crash that took place at the intersection of Big Spring Street and Cuthbert on Thursday.
Around 5:05 p.m., police responded to the area in reference to an accident.
When officers arrived to the scene they found a white 2016 Subaru and a motorcycle in the intersection.
The driver of the Subaru was transported to Midland Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the motorcycle, identified as Anthony Clemans, was also transported to MMH, where he was pronounced dead.
An initial investigation found that at the time of the crash, the Subaru was turning west onto Cuthbert from the northbound lanes of Big Spring, while the motorcycle was traveling southbound on Big Spring.
