MIDLAND, Texas — Anyone traveling on North "A" Street in Midland might have some delays starting Thursday.
The City of Midland is starting a two-week construction project starting on Thursday. The construction will be replacing asphalt on "A" Street between Wadley Ave. and Veterans Airpark Ln.
The city is closing half the roadway to remove and replace five inches of asphalt pavement. Traffic will be shifted halfway through the project, according to the City of Midland.
