MIDLAND, Texas — The Texas Department of Transportation has announced the mill and inlay project on Big Spring Street will begin on August 5th, according to a press release from the City of Midland.
TxDOT will begin at Big Spring and Wadley Avenue and then move south.
The City of Midland stated that this project is in TxDOT’s right of way, so the city does not approve or manage the traffic control plan and that Lamesa Road will be the best route for north-south traffic during the project.
