MIDLAND, Texas — NewWest 9 has learned about a fatal crash Monday morning causing delays on State Highway 191, west of Farm-to-Market Road 1788 between Midland and Odessa.
According to the City of Midland, the Midland Police Department is investigating reports that indicate one car rolled over, ejecting the driver from the vehicle.
