MIDLAND, Texas — TxDOT and the City of Midland are warning the public that the traffic signal at the intersection of Andrews Highway and Midkiff Road will be out on March 16.
The signal will be out most of the day starting at 9 a.m.
This shut-down is being performed to allow for the replacement and upgrade of equipment.
While work is being performed, the intersection will operate as a four-way stop.
Drivers should use caution and expect delays in the area.
