WINKLER COUNTY, Texas — TxDOT is warning drivers that a portion of State Highway 302 is closed due to a crash.
The cause of the closure is a crash DPS is investigating.
The impacted portion of the road is 23 miles west of Kermit, inside Winkler and Loving Counties.
Westbound traffic is being diverted down FM 1232, while eastbound is being turned back at mile marker 200 by Loving County Sheriff's Deputies.
TxDOT warns the closure may last several hours.
