MIDLAND, Texas — The City of Midland announced Friday that Midland International Air & Space Port has added a new airline to their carriers, Delta Air Lines.
Delta will have new services daily to and from Midland beginning April 22, 2024.
The sale for these tickets begins on Saturday, Dec. 16 for the new three flight offerings between Austin and Midland.
“By adding more flights for the Midland community, these additional offerings enhance our region’s business and leisure travel," Midland Mayor Lori Blong said in a statement. "Further demonstrating our commitment to growing our economy. This is a testament to our commitment to the overall strategic plan the city has adopted.”
The City of Midland's strategy for this plan is to enhance more travel options and increase accessibility to a "wider network of destinations through Delta's renowned services."
