TEXAS, USA — Winter weather often means power outages across the impacted area.
As of noon on February 5 several small outages have been reported in Midland and Odessa.
The biggest outage is in West Odessa and impacts around 634 people. Oncor is estimating the time of restoration to be 2:30 p.m.
Other outages, such as one near Loop 250 and HWY 191 in Midland, are affecting 35 people and could be restored within one hour.
