MIDLAND, Texas — A memorial fundraiser is being held for Alex Wise Jr., the IDEA student who passed away last week after being hit by a truck on Feb. 8.
According to IDEA Travis, the memorial will be at the Super Mercado located at 2208 N. Big Spring St. on Saturday, Feb. 17, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The fundraiser is set to include a car wash, bake sale, food and a mini car show.
