ODESSA, Texas — The Odessa Police Department has provided an update in the dump truck rollover accident that happened in Odessa on Monday.
The name of the individual involved in the rollover is Steve Leal, 46, and he was rushed to Medical Center Hospital Monday after the accident.
OPD says Leal has non-life threatening injuries and has been released from MCH.
Odessa Police also say Leal was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
