ECTOR COUNTY, Texas — 17-year-old Avian Daniel Sanchez, who was charged with murder in December for selling fentanyl pills to 18-year-old Ryan Mojica, who later died, was indicted for the murder charge on Feb. 26, according to Ector County court records.
Back on Dec. 7, the Ector County Sheriff's Office responded to an ambulance run where Mojica was taken to Medical Center Hospital for a possible overdose. Mojica then later died.
