GREENWOOD, Texas — About a month ago, NewsWest 9 reported about the many break-ins in the Greenwood area.
Shorty after NewsWest 9's story was published, on Jan. 12, Midland County Sheriff's Office sent a statement saying about 30 vehicles were burglarized and that security cameras captured three to four suspects committing the burglaries.
On Monday, MCSO said they have made two arrests in connection to these thefts.
Nineteen-year-old Skyler Wayne Crabtree was arrested in Big Spring on Friday and 19-year-old Brian Noah Aguilar was arrested in Ector County on Monday.
They have both been booked into Midland County jail and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.
